EXCHANGE POSSIBLE ONLY IN FOLLOWING SITUATION:

  • If you received damaged products, Then sure we can exchange them for a fresh piece. in this situation, we need product video recording
    when open courier if you don’t have video then Exchange not possible.

  • If the real product is not the same as an image like less flair, Not same work, not same fabric as per description then sure we can accept your exchange and refund. Color is not accepted for exchange or return because the color may vary 10 percentage depend on mobile and desktop screen type.

  • If you received the wrong product instead of your order then it’s only possible for the exchange of the same order as you order before.

  • If you received a different size instead of your order size.

REFUND POSSIBLE ONLY IN FOLLOWING SITUATION:

  • If the real product is not the same as an image like less flair, Not the same work, not the same fabric as per description then sure we can accept your exchange and refund, But color is not accepted for exchange or return because the color may vary 10% to 12 % depend on mobile and desktop screen type

    Refund and cancellation not acceptable due to late delivery, sometimes product delivery takes much more time than expected.

Note: Colour may slightly vary due to different screens of the device. ​

  • We have pickup facilities. We Provide 120 Rupees for 1 kg for reverse courier charge.
  • Register your complaint within 3 days after delivery. Otherwise, we can’t take any action if any issues with the product.
